China has become Germany's largest national wholesale leather products

ederal Statistical Office of Germany published on December 14 this year, from January to September, the German leather goods exports rose 1.3%, imports grew 7.5%, China is Germany's imports of leather products and leather (shoes excluded) largest country.

     According to preliminary statistics,wholesale handbags 1-September total German imports of leather products, 1.8 billion euros, nearly half (about 49.7%) from China, 11% of imports from India, 6.6% from Italy. Over the same period German exports of leather products and leather 923.2 million euros, mainly exported to Austria (12.5%), France (10.7%), Switzerland (8.4%) and China (1.1%)..
